The identity needed to present the company as professional and results-oriented while remaining grounded in the owner's Christian faith.

Challenge

The client wanted faith, strategy, and coaching represented within one cohesive mark rather than treated as separate themes. The solution also needed to elevate the SOCS abbreviation and remain clear across business cards, workbooks, presentations, and office signage.

Solution

I placed a chess piece topped with a cross inside the O of SOCS, linking strategic thinking with the company's faith-centered foundation. The negative space between the O and the chess piece creates two facing profiles, symbolizing one-to-one coaching and the collaborative relationship between advisor and client. Traditional maroon and gold reinforce credibility and warmth, while the clean wordmark supports a consistent professional system across print, presentation, and environmental applications.
